Coronavirus Road Cycling Holiday Information
Welcome to our dedicated page for Coronavirus information, and how this may relate to your road cycling holiday in France either this coming autumn 2020 or summer 2021.
We are very aware that the current Coronavirus restrictions across Europe place a degree of uncertainty on the ability to make future travel plans, and we totally understand your concerns. As such, we want to provide you with information and assistance in order to help you as best as possible in making decisions about your road cycling short break.
We are working towards being able to provide a very limited number of cycling tours this autumn, and will be opening bookings for the full summer season 2021 in the coming months. Though we are already taking inquiries for group Custom trips for next year.
We do acknowledge that this is not 100% certain (is anything these days!?), and that the situation is going to evolve and change in the coming months, as countries look to ease the lockdown measures.
We shall endeavour to keep this page updated with regards to the travel restrictions, mountain resort information and ultimately how it may affect your cycling holiday. We will provide information as best as we can, as we get more clarity on the situation both in the UK and in France…
We will also use this page to present info and updates on what we are doing, and offering to our guests, in order to give you the assurances that we are doing our best to help in these difficult times.
At any time – if you have any additional concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact our team on info@bikeweekender.com and we will be happy to try and help in the best way possible.
Helping You to Decide About Your Road Cycling Holiday in 2020/21
We totally get that people may have a number of concerns about booking a holiday at this point in time, given the current travel restrictions in place around the world due to COVID-19 – it’s so tricky to know how travel restrictions and lockdowns will progress and on what timescales, as well as what may happen in the travel industry as a whole.
As a result, we have given a lot of thought as to how we would respond to any potential future challenges, and would therefore like to address the key ‘What if…’ questions as best and as transparently as we can.
